The M8 – the new MUSWAY reference amplifier with 12-channel DSP – is the latest stroke of genius and the result of the consistent further development of the M series, which is now available with 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, and 12 internal channels. Like the M10, the exquisitely crafted and powerful 1250-watt M8 is a special multi-channel variant equipped with two extra-powerful, additional high-power channels. Six channels deliver 80 or 135 watts RMS, while the two more powerful channels, 7 and 8, boast 120 and 220 watts RMS, respectively.

The M8 impresses not only with its performance: In Car&Hifi 5/2025, it achieved top marks in both sound quality and laboratory tests. The result speaks for itself: a grade of 1+ and classification in the absolute top class. But that's not all: The M8 even takes the top spot in the rankings as BEST PRODUCT. And it gets even better: With its impressive performance, the M8 captivated the entire editorial team and was awarded the title PRODUCT OF THE YEAR 2026 in the "Premium Upgrade" category.

The new M8 bears the suffix "512K," indicating the larger memory chip, which now enables more features. All 512K models now feature a 10-band input EQ with high- and low-shelf filters as well as first- and second-order all-pass filters.

In addition to the DRC1, the new myCON controller offers a sophisticated rotary/click controller. Switching between setups and precise volume control is now easily accomplished. It combines all the functions of the DRC1 – but offers significantly more convenience in 512K models: In Bluetooth streaming mode (with BTA-HD), it not only allows you to control volume and track selection (next/previous/pause), but also displays music titles on the AMOLED color touchscreen. Combined with the BTA-HD Bluetooth dongle, it enables high-quality HD audio streaming – including intuitive app control via smartphone. This makes the M8 the perfect interface between modern infotainment and uncompromising high-end sound.

The integrated 12-channel DSP with high-end Burr-Brown signal converters and a powerful Analog Devices ADAU1452 processor ensures maximum sound control. Eight high-level inputs, six RCA inputs, and four DSP-processed RCA outputs offer limitless possibilities for individual setups. Whether via PC software or a convenient tablet/smartphone app – tuning is intuitive and flexible.
