How can I return an item?

Pack the product in its original packaging to avoid damage during the shipping process.

Take a copy of the purchase invoice and include it with the product.

Ship the product via a method that can be found. We will only be able to process your return after we receive the product. Keep the tracking number provided by the carrier in case you need to locate the package.

You will have to bear the shipping costs related to returning the item by mail. If the item you received is damaged/defective, please refer to the "Returning a damaged/defective item" section.

Returns Policy:

You can return an item purchased from Equipolar Car to our warehouse. We accept returns as long as the following conditions are met:

Refunds and exchanges are made within 30 days from the date of shipment of the original order, always accompanied by the purchase invoice.

All refunds imply the return of the item in the original packaging, with all parts in original condition.

All returns will be subject to the terms and conditions of this returns policy (the "Returns Policy").

Returning a damaged or defective item:

To return a damaged or defective item, contact customer support via email info@equipolarcar.com. We will arrange for the item to be picked up at your address to be sent to our warehouse at no cost to you. Place the product in the original packaging, attach a copy of the purchase invoice and place it inside the box.

Upon receipt of the item, a refund of the item value or replacement of the equipment will be issued.

Refunds:

When and how is my refund processed?

If you return the item to our warehouse and are entitled to a refund, your refund will be processed within 5 working days from the date of receipt of the returned item. Refunds will be made via bank transfer. You will receive an email informing you that the refund has been processed.

What is refunded when I return an item?

When returning an item, you will receive a refund of the item value and any applicable fees. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Undelivered orders:

What happens if Equipolar Car receives an item again because it was not delivered?

The carrier will attempt to deliver to the address provided when placing the order. If you are not available to receive the package, most carriers will leave a notice stating that you tried to deliver the package and that it is available at the nearest warehouse for pick up. This notice will include a telephone number that you can use for more information. Your package can be collected for 5 working days and then sent back to our warehouse. In this case, all fees and product costs will be refunded. Shipping costs are not refunded for undelivered packages.

Warranties:

Many of the products sold on the Equipolar Car website carry a manufacturer's warranty. For additional information about the manufacturer's warranty for a specific product, please contact the manufacturer directly.
